Information for the new HUNTER

(AGRONAUTS CAN BE DEADLY ONE ON ONE)

The key to hunting is simple... keep in your mind that sweating is not a long term profit proffesion... hunting is, why do you think you see so many running around in the cool armor and carring bad to the bone weapons? For the looks? lol no thats just the frindge benefit!

First a small investment is wise. $15.00 American would do you well (Which is 150 PED in Game dollars, and make note MINDARK will attach a small transfer fee so you will be a little shy of 150 PED once the transaction is completed, so don't be alarmed).

With this you can then purchase FULL (7 pieces) Pixie Armor, (which you want to buy from the AUCTION house found in many locations throughout the world- at full or a little damaged and then repair it at one of the repair terminals, this will be the cheapest way to get gear without loosing all your investment!) and a gun (Which you should buy from the Trade Terminal (TT) and absolutely never buy for the inflated prices you see in the AUCTION).

The Solo Mate OPALO, other than your SVHG teammates is now your best friend - - and lastly purchase Ammo for 10 PED from the TT for a full 1k in rounds (You should make about 8-15 PED on a teaming run and make back the money you invested).

Now simply get in line with an SVHG CORP hunting team and your ready to level and make your rounds count and begin collecting drops to pay for future ammo.

In Hunting your runs are what counts, you want a team that can handle pressure and respond to multiple attacks. In the SVHG hunting groups we follow a standard with a team leader (The one that created the TEAM, and gives the attack commands for the hunt itself...) The Team leader should be aware of the groups abilities as a whole and be able to choose appropriate hunting run areas that will benefit all that are involved with a limited number of deaths. Unless on runs to open TP (teleports) this is the general rule... Don't worry as a new Hunter- you are going to die... this doesnt mean you don't have what it takes, in every ROOKIE is a potential TEAM leader MVP (Most Valued Player).

Usually we have Miners that travel with to check the area once its been cleared of monsters for rich deposits... It is ok to get involved with mining as well, but even our good miners are hunters first and foremost- and Mining takes more money investing and chances of loss. And better to be left once you become more established and gather a few big hunter runs and rewards....

NEXT WILL BE INFORMATION ON ATTACK PROCESS:
(How do I interact with my Hunting Team?)

It takes a special kind of person to be a TEAMER and a HUNTER, first off you are not going to make a ton of money on drops in the beginning and if done properly you can pay for your adventures and get a little side stuff done as well.

When teaming you need to work together with the others to get the job at hand done. In a team you want to stay to a certain set of methods to make it more effective for all involved. Remember to stay faithful to your team, and follow the commends of the leader (the one that created the group) as they will try to have everyones interest at heart.

You can make money back for your rounds and for doing repairs if you follow the basics. Do not spend more in rounds than you'll need in one run. (Which could take 2-3 hours possibly even with 1k rounds) This way when you go back to the starter camp to reload your ammo packs, you can
repair your armor more affordably and your weapons as well.

A thing to keep in mind, TEAMING reduces and increases different areas of your experience.
(When not in a team, take your armor off and sweat the Mobs on the Isle of Atlas... once they charge kill them for the drop. This is good solo training and you make Sweat and loot drops from the encounter, and without armor on you save your armor and level faster in close combat or your range skills....)

The UPS and DOWNS:

UPS:
1) You BURN fewer rounds on MOBS.
2) You share drops from the SHARED kills.
3) You have the safety in being in a TEAM, as others can LURE mobs aways from you when your about to die, or even help you heal. (In a team: If you are dieing fast and the MOB is on you cease fire and switch to your heal pack the others will do their best to LURE the creature away from you.)
4) You can open new Teleports (TP) that you haven't gotten before.

DOWNS:
1) You have to listen to the TEAM leaders
2) You should stay with the group.
3) Mobs are generally chosen by the entire team in a vote, or by the TEAM Leader.
4) DRESS in PROTOCOL: (To keep teammates from dieing, and together!)
a)Face mask
b)Harness
c)Gloves
d)Shin Guards
e)Thigh Guards
f) Boots
g) Arm Guards
h) Your weapon (start with beginner until the MAX XP category is run out, then upgrade)

Sollomate Opalo : The First step Weapon to Skilling

This is your first friend in the game (Out side of the fellow Society members) you want to focus on this weapon and max out all the categories in the item. This includes, Learning period damage and learning period hit under skill increase bonus in the item information window, once you have leveled it it will change from "YES" to "NOT ANYMORE" ~ With this in mind, note that this is an excellent weapon with exceptional DURABILITY and you may find that you want to continue using it once you are beyond the SKILL increase. Below is the example of the stats for INFO:

This is your first weapon and you will have some time to level it (around lvl 5 Laser Ranging), you can increase skilling and hits by adding a SCOPE.. found at the AUCTION, the scope can be detached and added to your new weapon once you evolve into the next level of combat.
