Bloomdrop and I are hunting Drones lately. Here you will find a listing of the adventrues on the side of training new people and doing TP runs across Calypso...

We have added special plating to our armors for fighting these bad boys and seems to be holding up good so far. If you got the Ithica TP open a good Drone location is SE from the city to the mountains...
Don't go to far you'll end up in the lap of the Atrox Herds~

End result? One Dead robot.... Anyone need parts?
I've gotten a global from dropping one of these and believe them to be fun to kill, a good suit of armor to protect from their burning attack is the Sho- Gun or Paladin, works well against the Drone 01 and 02 but go much higher in development and your pretty much fried dough...

The Drone 02 bot is seemingly the leader of the two when compared to the 01 Drones... If you see an 02 you know there will be some 01 Drones not far away.... Be sure that the 02 is the commander Bot in the situation and will run after you, if it does also know that the 01's in the area are not far behind it- being told that there is an enemy in the area. Prepare to be mobbed!

The Drone 06 is much like the 01, however it see's farther and packs a bigger punch and from a longer distance... You can't hide from the 06 and they will not turn from the aggro until they or yourself are dead...

WARNING: The Outpost South of Jason Center, and West of Pandoria, is a new development, an entire force of Drone 01- and 02 all the way around it- this adds to the Atrax Olds and other crazy Mobs surrounding the place making it hard to get out of.. Something is happening-

UPDATE: A Mothership has been located south East of the Atrax outpost- be warned there are alot of high level bots out there and they will easily find you and mob! Amoung the contestants? Warrior Bot 04-06 , and Drones 01- 06... whats going on here?~

The Warrior has been spotted in NSC (New Sweat Camp NW of PA (Port Atlantis) and I watched it as it strolled through wasting new players by the 10s and 20s.
At attempting to kill the thing it turned and fired on me and took me out in one shot. The image here is of the Warrior 04, not as tough as the 06 but it still packs a punch and even with high level people with big guns one of you is going to die... The Warrior series is a hard kill and even for the mad leveled player, there is nothing to save you from their hits except experience and know how.
This one was taken in the North Ice area in just south of the North Space base. A long run to get there- these guys stand watch over the entrance to the blue desert to the south. Again an enemy that will kill the unweathered player in one hit.

O0o0o0o0! TROOPERS! You can find them of all Gens as well. A good place for Gen 01 Troopers is just East of the Emrald Lakes Teleport on amethria.. They fall hard and seem to give up some good loot on occasion -
They of course are not alone so you may want to bring a Hunting buddy and the right gear, they are surrounded by Gen 01-06 Drones and they don't mess around when they see you!
Be Prepared for COMPANY!
They have a good blasting arm and shoot a long range laser for some distance, when they're in close though they start hitting you for melee damage as well. A mixed combat Robot for sure!



REMEMBER: When on these harder mobs always use the BUDDY system until your higher level! It'll save you a lot of running back to the kill zone time! A good suit of armor to wear against Drones is Full Sho- gun with A6 attachments on them... seems to work well.
