New Players

REQUIREMENTS:
You need a willingness to learn to become a Sweat Killing trainee and recruit-
Your going to want to evolve into a Private and become active in the Team Hunters...
You will need a willingness to teach and lead others, and actively recruit others~
You must be willing to listen to a Team Leader, work on bettering yourself and follow instructions given by MENTORS or Team Leaders.

If you do not want to make (or can't) an initial $15.00 in game investment which is 150 Ped, then you do have another option in our society. Sweat...

Sweat 1k of material and trade it to other society members for a BEGINERS opollo Combine riffle and rounds... Sweat another 5k Sweat as a SWEAT KILLA and trade it in for starter armor~

If you get Atlas and sweat kill you get a rank up and Armor is dropped commonly there...

Gain one rank automatically by doing the "Atlas Run"

(All locations mentioned can be found on the wiki map in Sections:Locations ( http://www.entropedia.info/Location.aspx )~ and in top left hand corner will be the exact coordinates- In the game if you hit "P" it will give you your location Coordinates (COORDS) and you can find your way better by doing this...)
The run to Atlas is a long one... the best route with minimal deaths is the following:
From Port Atlantis (PA) you want to run NW to the New sweat Camp (NSC) Outpost... from there a runnning course past the Combimbos toward a NE direction crossing the river and north to Nus Lull, from this area you head dead north to the Outpost to the west of Billys spaceport, south of Orthos and East of the PVP 01 area. Once here head dead east toward billys broke down ass space camp... beware there are high level Daku - Bercs - Atrax youngs and Drones on the way, and deadly to the new player- if they start to chase you run like crazy east and try to get more than half way before death and with some "luck" you will revive in BILLYS.

From Billys

From Billys run East again through some less deadly enemies Kamus - Snaggles - Bercs and a variation of all - dont cross the water to the north (or the bugs will get you) or the swamp to the south (the fouls and leapers will have a cheap lunch)- head dead east. This will take you in line with Camp Pheonix~

From Pheonix

You will cross two sets of hills heading east and then it will open up into a green field- the new teleport for pheonix is in that area, look at your map (M) and look- it will be in the grassland dead east of billys.

The Last Miles

Once you have Pheonix you want to head north to the water, cross the water and run east along the river, avoid the field to the north ( a very large Atrox Alpha lives there- I call him Ol Pappy, and he will eat a new player in one bite)- once you get to the lake head north along the water.. if something chases you swim toward deep water and wait for them to drown. Be sure to head back to land as if you go to far into the water the fish will eat you. Continue north- once something comes at you head northward toward the Limnadian Teleport which is just past the river and where the lake is... cross the river and the teleport is there in the field.. just north is the Outpost for this area... dead north of this through a hilly plain of Molisks is an UNMARKED outpost and the north path will bring you to MEDUSA... get this teleport and run north through the Causes and Molisks and Merps to the water take em all swiming as you swim safely toward Atlas island! Run up the East coast line avoiding the Alpha Snaggles and Dakus and get Atlas Haven and Atlas North tele just in a little west from the coastline in the woods. Welcome to Atlas Island~

HUD~

It is important to know your overhead displays and know how to use them and make shortcuts on your desktop to quickly access weapons and equipment during in game operations.

To create a quick action icon for a monster you are attacking or sweating- Click and hold then drag to an open area of your screen, you now have a "Quick access" button for that monster.

Open your inventory.. "I"
Click on the top right on the button with and "L" (edit tool)
Click and drag your gun from the inventory to your desktop- click and hold the shortcut you have just made by the thick red bar around it and move it to where you want it to stay.

You now have a quick access button for your weapon.

click on the monster (MOB) Quick Button you made without your weapon drawn, and you'll charge your Psytropian Sweat powers. sweat the monster-

You will fail a lot in the begining, but that is part of leveling: over time you will not ever sweat MORE only succeed more often. Max sweat amount is 20!

When the MOB rushes you, click your fast icon for your weapon and attack!
once it dies click the icon again for the monster and BOOM (LOOT)! You have gathered your first BOOTY!

Right click weapon ICON and UNEQUIP ... find the next unsuspecting target and sweat away.. Your now SWEAT KILLA....

When you run out of rounds or your Melee weapon is damaged beyond use head to the nearest Trade terminal (TT) and cash in whatever you don't plan on using in the future.

Get the PED and use it to repair your items in the REPAIR TERMINAL.... Buy more rounds for your weapon etc. It is good when wearing armor to repair it every time you go back to the outpost to keep your expenses down on repairs.

TEAMING RULES:

At this point you are working on becoming a TEAM HUNTER or TEAM Sweat KILLA! In team mode only one person should ever be drawing monsters into the group. The team leader usually decides who is on POINT (Handling this job)~

Follow the Team Leaders instructions. Know how to control your Avatar and your combat tactics! sidestep with the A + D keys to step around other team members while in combat. don't be shooting people in the back of the head. Learn how to stay clear from running through other people line of fire. In a PVP Hunt trip this could mean your dead or someone else is and it's a long walk back in and they probably won't be happy with you when they get back.

If you are inMelee while others are ranging, run out around the back of the MOB and attack it from behind where your not impeding other peoples line of fire.

If you are shooting with a gun, keep your eyes out for hits on damage to the target.. If you don't see any your probably wasting rounds shooting a hillside or the back of someones head. don't waste your rounds.

Armor should be worn when teaming. This keeps the others from having to wait for your to run all the way back or force others to go back to get you. when your solo hunting or training it is better to do this without armor on- better leveling and it saves a ton of money on repairs.

Benefits of teaming:

*Get to know Society Mates
*Save on Armor damages
*Conserve rounds when killing monsters (MOBS)
*Have fun killing monsters that would be impossible alone!
*Share in bigger Loot drops and Globalz
